The big day is drawing near for fashion design students at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh! Lunar Gala 2015: Vestige is this Saturday, Feb. 7 at 8 p.m. EST.
You may ask: What is Lunar Gala? It is a student-run organization at CMU that is “invested in cultivating inter-disciplinary creative talent” from within the college community. The show’s theme this year centers around the over consumption of media.
Lunar Gala is one of CMU’s biggest student-run events, and this year one of the designers is featuring a fashion line made with rubber bands. We were excited to provide designer Miriam Buchwald with all the rubber bands needed for her line.
