Alliance Rubber Company Receives the Torch Award for Ethics
Given annually by the Arkansas Better Business Bureau, the Torch Award celebrates
high standards for ethical behavior.
HOT SPRINGS, Ark.(May 16, 2016) — Alliance Rubber Company has been selected as one of the Better Business Bureau’s 2016 Torch Award for Ethics recipients. Alliance received and celebrated the honor at the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion on May 5.
Alliance was one of five total recipients selected as winners for the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas Torch Award. President Bonnie Spencer Swayze attributed receiving the award to Alliance’s unique work culture.
“Alliance strives for a collaborative culture based on teamwork,” Swayze said. “My leadership team is focused on the best quality within its corporate culture and among its 175 associates.”
Swayze and the Alliance team were honored to receive an award for such a crucial component of successful and reputable business.

The Better Business Bureau prides itself in helping consumers find business, charities and brands they can trust for over 100 years. Through setting high standards for ethical business behavior, BBB has accredited over 400,000 business. These standards are exemplified through the Torch Award for Ethics. According to BBB’s website, the Torch Award “bring(s) attention to the practices that these organizations employ to generate a high level of trust, among their employees, customers and marketplaces.”
